Bendigo's Original and Best Bootcamp
Over three years at Bootcamp Bendigo, I have learnt the following:
- How to drop over 60kg in just over a year
- Going from very unhealthy to healthy is hard, but a lot easier with the supportive trainer and great team culture at Bootcamp Bendigo
- People that are size 24+ can come down to a size 14, 12, even 10!
- Bootcamp Bendigo does not involve a trainer screaming at you
- The first time you can jog 1km non-stop you feel like an Olympic athlete
- Life-long couch potatoes can train up to run half marathons and more
- Chronic illness like high blood pressure, cholesterol and high sugar level are reversible
- More serious illnesses (MS for me) can be vastly improved and managed through healthy lifestyle changes
- Bootcamp Bendigo is a place someone of any fitness level can come, as long as they put in their 100%, whatever that is
- Our bodies will change and become healthy, no matter how long we have treated them badly for
- Training and getting healthy can be really great fun (who knew?!)
- Being healthy is not a quick-fix diet, it is a lifelong lifestyle change that can be learnt at Bootcamp Bendigo
