What's the hype?
Why run programs with tyres, kettle bells, sand bags, sleds, ropes, chains, frames, sledge hammers, weights, med balls, bosu's and alike? Here at Bootcamp Bendigo we run the largest variety without relying on all the heavy, bulky items.. Yes we use them we just don't rely on them.
Crossfit.
